We are currently working on a large project with Grandscape Homes, have completed one in the past and are contracted for two more projects starting later this year. We do not work with many builders in Calgary and try to focus mainly on private clients. The reason for this is most builders care more about the bottom line than the quality of their builds, and this goes against our mission statement. However, this is not the case with Grandscape. Yes, budget is always a priority, but from what I have seen, Grandscape's first priority is quality. 

My crew and I enjoy working with the Grandscape team. Their projects are always well organized and other trades on site always seem to be happy to be a part of the build. Tony's knowledge of construction planning is outstanding, and he is quick to answer his phone, or reply to an email if we need something, or are facing an issue on site. 

Payments are always prompt and there is a level of appreciation and respect shown that I find really encourages my team to give their absolute best on site. it is unfortunate that more custom home builders do not share the same willingness to provide the absolute best product they can. The majority of the home builders we have worked with in the past would do well to take a few notes from Tony and Lina's playbook. 

I would highly recommend Grandscape Homes for any build, custom or spec. Their expertise in the field will make a decided, positive difference in getting any job done correctly, on time and within budget.
