The Building Process
Leave it to us but you won’t miss a beat.
You will be given a detailed schedule of the build as well as key dates for design decisions. Communication is key and we set up weekly meetings to keep you intimately involved in the process.. This includes status updates, expenditures and anything else you might need to know on the progress of your dream home. We remain at your disposal to answer any and all questions along the way and encourage you to visit your homesite as things move along.

Home Sweet Home
It’s almost moving day so we schedule a detailed walk through to ensure your home is exactly how you envisioned it. We walk you through the mechanicals to ensure you understand how your home works from the inside out. We also schedule a formal walk through with our partners at National Home Warranty to ensure we’ve looked after every detail.

Finally, Tony and the entire team is here for you well beyond possession day.
We love to visit our clients 3, 6, and 12 months after move-in to give you peace of mind that we are still available to help with anything that may come up.
