This starts with the very foundation of a home; the integrity of the structure is key and we don’t take any shortcuts. In fact, we over deliver in almost all facets of the build, ensuring that your home lasts for generations to come.
We employ a highly qualified team of tradespeople, artisans and project managers that make sure your home is built to the highest of standards and delivered on time. Our clients are welcome on site at any time to see the progress of the build, discuss any issues and be part of our process. Transparency is one of our big differentiators; clients are able to talk with Tony or any of our tradespeople directly and Tony’s cell is on 24 hours a day.
Clients benefit from detailed budgets delivered prior to the start of construction and regular reporting. Due to our detailed approach, we consistently meet, or come in under budget on the original scope of our homes.

When your home, or a part of your home, needs a bit of a facelift, we’re happy to help. We start with a detailed discussion of your vision, design and architectural considerations and then develop a budget for the project. Our longstanding relationships with suppliers and vendors ensures our customers get the best pricing available for the inputs they are seeking—from custom millwork to furnishings.
Detailed timelines for renovations are discussed and strictly adhered to, ensuring that homeowners are only disrupted for the minimum time possible to get the job done right. The end product will be nothing short of spectacular; in fact, many of our clients tell us that their Grandscape renovations have added considerable value to the resale of their homes.
Post-Build
We’re a phone call away.
After you move in to your Grandscape home, we’re still only a phone call away. Not only do we do post-completion checks on the entirety of your home but we’re on call 24/7 to correct any deficiencies or address any issues that may arise. Our quick response is a hallmark of our operation and we’re not happy until you’re 100 per cent satisfied with your home.
