My husband & I looked for almost 3 years for the perfect inner-city home. We could never find exactly what we wanted. There was always something we didn’t like until we saw our current home, a custom build by Tony & Lina Ribecco of Grandscape Homes. We hadn’t even considered a semi-attached but once we saw this gorgeous executive home, we knew it was “the one”.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony, Lina, and Pam. They were open and responsive to our questions, transparent and fair at all times, and had a great rapport with all the trades. Pam was onsite nearly every day and kept us in the loop about progress and any issues that came up. We also found the trades to be very professional, trustworthy, and just all around nice people.
